CAMPINGListenelement 1
Ecotopia means making your home in nature for a week. Bring a tent, bring a friend, and all you need to feel happy outside! We'll provide solar showers and compost toilets. Families are very welcome!

SHARINGListenelement 2
Ecotopia is culturally connected to the world of the Gift Economy, which Burning Man made famous. You share your gifts, on stage, in the kitchen or in conversations - as others share theirs! Also: daily sharing circles.

COOKINGListenelement 3
The Ecotopia kitchen will be staffed by a chef- and you!-, producing yummy, organic, mostly locally sourced vegetarian and vegan meals.

CELEBRATINGListenelement 4
The Phoenix Rising ceremony allows us to make space for creating the world anew- by literally burning a wooden statue of a Phoenix, thus letting go of that which binds us to the past.

CO-CREATION
Ecotopia lives through every one who participates. Radical democracy! Workshops are offered by and for the participants of the gathering.

LEAD & LEARN
Workshops can range from: permaculture, ecological energy & mobility, holistic health to conscious parenting & yurt-building, as well as dance, songs & stories from around the world!

PRICES:Listenelement 2
Included in the prices: Camping, Food, using the facilities.
Whole week: 180€/week
Weekend price: 50€/day; other days: 30€/day
Everyone volunteers for 1h/day
Children under the age of 16 are free.
Volunteer options (above the 1h required) upon request!

Kids are welcome, we try to make food, games & the whole camping space family friendly. Last year we had a creative kids corner in the jurt, outdoor cames, kids toilet and lots of hamocks as well as workshops for kids.

What is the Build-Up Camp?
Prior to the Ecotopia Gathering a group of people prepares the camping area.
Do you like working in a team, surrounded by nature, building with wood, learning new skills?
Welcome to the Build-Up Camp!
What does "family-friendly" mean?
We want to create and encourage a family-friendly atmosphere at the gathering, that means:
- An inclusive and caring attitude from all participants towards kids is encouraged, e.g. appropriate behaviour around nudity, etc.
- A family friendly space, which includes a play tent with toys, blankets, books etc.
- No amplified music from 9pm till 9am
- Safe camping space (e.g. no open water ponds, the lake is 1,5 km away)
- If you have fun activities to offer for kids & families, please use the open space structure. We have ideas for workshops around wool/ handicrafts, wild herbs, carving, playdough-making... what skills and activities do you want to share?
LOCATION
The Gathering will take place around Molkom in beautiful Värmland. More instructions on how to get there will follow after registration.
